New Look for VisualDx

VisualDx is an online tool to help you recognize and diagnose visually identifiable diseases, drug reactions, and infections.   As you type in the symptoms you see on your patient, VisualDx provides a list of possible causes and accompanying images, so you can match what you see on the screen to what you see on your patient.  On Tuesday, March 1, VisualDx is upgrading to a new look.  In addition to the new appearance, the database will double the number of possible diagnoses it offers, and the image library will expand to include more photos and X-rays.  Access to VisualDx is available through our Databases page and in our Library Catalog , and it is also integrated within UpToDate so that links identified with this icon visual dx icon in UpToDate will open content within VisualDx.
