Old Copying/Printing Cards Expire April 12, 2017

If you have one of the Library’s old copy/printing cards with money still on the account, you need to use it by Wednesday, April 12, 2017.  The Library is completing the migration to the new PaperCut system on April 12, so the old cards will no longer work, and refunds of unused funds will not be given. If you have value on a card you wish to use for copying/printing in the Library, you must use it by April 12.

For years, students have requested the ability to pay for copying and printing in the Library with their ID badges.  PaperCut allows Library users to add money to their LSU Health Shreveport ID badges for copying and printing in the Library. Money may be added at a kiosk in the Library’s copy room, to the right after entering the Library.

With the implementation of PaperCut, the copiers on the south walls of the 2nd and ground floors of the Library will be removed. All copying and printing will be centralized in the Library’s copy room.  In addition to the PaperCut equipment, a color printer and a book scanner are now also available in the Library copy room.  This centralized copying and printing will reduce noise throughout the Library.

Library staff are happy to help. Please visit the Library or call 318.675.5445.
